Yes, it is!  The library does have online access to this daily newspaper.  There are a couple of ways to access it from the library's homepage.  You can navigate to the "Research Tools" >> A-Z Databases & Resources tab from the library's homepage and select "W" from the alphabetical listing at the top of the page; you'll see it listed at the top.  The current, daily edition is the first one on the list, 1986-Present. 

Additionally, it can also be searched for in the library's catalog, through the ejournal portal, CitationLinker, or listed under our online newspapers.  ENJOY!
