Many databases index conference proceedings along with journal articles. In most of them, you can narrow your results to show only conference proceedings once you run the search. On the library's home page, under Research Tools at the top, click on A-Z List. Once on that page, look under Browse by Title on the left side for the subject area(s) that are relevant to your topic. Once you are on the subject page, you will see the link to the databases.

One thing to keep in mind is that while the databases may provide the citation, abstract and other information for conference proceedings, they may not actually provide the full text of the proceedings. If you cannot access the full text through the database, you would have to search the Library Catalog to see if we have the proceedings in print. The library does not subscribe to many conference proceedings, so you may have to request the proceedings through interlibrary loan.
