Finding Electronic Journals:

There are various ways you can locate online journals via FIU Libraries to see if we have access to them. If you have a complete citation, you can search for a specific article via the "Find it @ FIU/CitationLinker" link from the home page. This will also let you search for a specific journal title.

Follow these steps to find the FIU Citation Linker:

  1. Start on the library homepage:
  2. Hover your cursor over the yellow "Find" tab.
  3. Select Find it @ FIU (Citation Linker).
  4. Fill in any citation information you are knowledgeable of.

Finding E-Journals via BrowZine:

We also have a search box directly on the homepage labeled "E-journals" where you can input Journal names or browse available content. This search option often uses BrowZine, which allows researchers to 'browse' scholarly journals from multiple publishers on one convenient interface.

To use the E-Journals search bar, follow these steps:

  1. Start on the library homepage:
  2. Click the tab above the search bar that says "E-Journals".
  3. Input the title of the Journal you are searching for.
  4. If FIU has access to the Journal, you will be taken to a results page with the most recent issues listed. However, you can also search within older volumes that FIU has access to.
